Patricia Keays is the senior principal consultant for Facilitate It. She is a strategic advisor, master educator, and process architect.
Patricia has facilitated and trained diverse
groups and subjects worldwide.
She has consolidated decades of experience
into a strong, flexible methodology.
Active as an environmental technician and adult educator for the first 15 years of her career, she has been an independent consultant for 40 years, 30 of those serving the United Nations in many contexts.
Priority subjects of focus include learning and capacity development, gender equality, human development, organizational development, international peace and security, and leadership.
