Catalyst - $2,000 - $3,500
A deep dive and two consultations to gain immediate traction. 5 hrs total. Deliverable: clarified purpose, defined results, strategic road map using the facilitation spiral, 3-5 high-impact action steps, and actionable process recommendations. This is for you if: you have a clear goal for an event or process and the internal capacity to run it, but need an expert’s structured methodology and experience to build the right plan, quickly.
Co-Creation - $10,000 - $18,000
A 3 month design partnership to prepare your team to facilitate Deliverable: a fully co-developed facilitation plan with a tailored facilitation methodology, templates, guidance and a confident, prepared team. Includes: 4-6 hours of direct contact per month, email support, templates and examples, monthly strategic reviews calls, check-ins, and direct support to key facilitation team members. Payment plan: paid as $4,000 - $6,000/month, final payment on approval of final plan. This is for you if: you are committed to a significant, high-stakes event and want to build your team’s capacity and confidence to manage the full facilitation spiral themselves.
Accompaniment– $30,000 +
A 6 month package for co-facilitation and deep, transferable capacity building – with a safety net for coaching and confidence Deliverable: a comprehensive, co-developed facilitation plan and a fully capacitated, empowered team capable of delivering to high standards with confidence, backed by strategic support to handle design and preparation challenges in real time. Includes: Priority scheduled support: e.g. two 2-hr sessions/month, generous email support, strategic guidance on pain points, capacity-building sessions, and timely access to specialist associates. This is for you if: you and your team are committed to co-facilitation but need ongoing expert support to build lasting, transferable skills, ensure the process stays on track and delivers to a high standard.
Facilitation– Custom quote
Full-service planning and facilitation for a gold-standard outcome. Deliverable: a professionally designed, planned and smoothly facilitated event or process. You provide the vision, purpose and key contacts. We handle the rest. Includes: Full event/process design, regular planning meetings, consultation and profiling, briefing of all resource people, engaging methodology, on-site set-up and management, and a comprehensive report with outcomes, evaluation feedback and follow-up options. Investment: custom-quoted based on the scope and complexity of your vision and needs, to ensure a fully tailored proposal, an enjoyable experience for participants and gold-standard results. This is for you if: You want to outsource the entire facilitation spiral to an expert team, freeing your internal capacity and focus, while guaranteeing a smooth process and professional outcomes.
